JPJ issued 15,000 summonses

3,696 drivers were caught without valid licenses and 99 with false licenses, this means that at least 25% of all JPJ summonses were for people who drive or ride vehicles without valid licenses.

It is just the tip of an iceberg. Many of them are teenagers or youth not senior citizens, with total police summonses more than RM1000.
