Putting the Penang State Crest on party signboard is apparently the in-thing to do for the PR government. I wonder whether it is an inferiority complex or a habit of showing off.
until now Batu Lanchang gerakan office has the crest, and if you go to Sungai Bakap UMNO office got the crest. what you going to do abt it -haha I said UMNO sure you scared already, anjing.
You bapak must be a pondan, thats why u such a pengecut dont want to approach UMNO about the crest
If you don't really know how to write a proper english, please refer to your DAP leaders 1st, or else you're embarrassing them in nature.
Are you guys scared of PKR? (ex-members of UMNO) Why must you guys, with the majority seats, gave away the MB position to them in Perak? and having added a Deputy CM position to them in Penang?
I had called a youth member that had help out at the Batu Lancang center to check this vulgar Pakat supporter claim. The Gerakan member, Sdra Ng SK said they never use the state crest.
Please provide evidence!!!!!
Do not lie!!!!!!!
On UMNO in Sungai Bakap, it is their problem. Penang was led by Gerakan previously.
Anyway, maybe you are refering to the Federal crest. UMNO in that area, previously had a parliamentarian. I have refrained from commenting on Pakatan Rakyat members who use Federal Crest such as Chow Koon Yeow because it may be allowed by parliamentary protocol.
I do my homeowrk, no doubt I can sometime make mistake and is ever willing to apologies.
Did you do any checking, or are you just like to lie.
Maybe, what you saw was the DAP signboard. For 2 decades, Batu Lancang was under DAP, Gerakan only represent Batu Lancang for 4 short years.
Why call me a liar? I only asked if it's true based on kooniana's claim, you called to confirm that it's not, so OK that's my answer from you. I trust your info on the batu lanchang Gerakan office since it came from the horse's mouth. I'm not questioning your claims neither am I defending DAP because I don't know whether what they did is right or wrong, so don't simply hentam me for asking one simple question.
Heloo, my name is Teoh Wei Ren, I am a Gerakan member from Pulau Tikus. It is true Batu Lanchang and Pulau Tikus has penang crest on their boards last time, before we all lose. So why we complaining?
In Perak DAP wanted saudara Ngeh to be menteri besar, but YM Sultan didnt agree plus the constitution says must be Malay Muslim. The constitution can be changed but has to get the approval of Sultan, and since YM Sultant didnt constent we cannot go against his word. Since we are the largest party we got 7 out of 10 exco post in Perak, where got BN give 7 chinese to be in EXCO for Perak state before. Where got Indian speaker in history? Where got Chinese speaker (selangor) in history. All the important exco like industry and local govt comes under dap now in Selangor, Perak and Penang. In Penang, DAP control the EXCO again, last time Gerakan only had 4, now we got 7. Because DAP cannot form govt on own, plus 40% Malays in the state have to give them one deputy, but we counter with another deputy from DAP also. Where Gerakan got this before. The most powerful exco which is land also give to UMNO, until so much corruption. Best part UMNO make you two Gerakan and MCA people always suspicious of one another, this is why Lee Kah Choon, Rhina Bhar and Lim Boo Chang cannot take it anymore. Thousands of grassroot members have also joined DAP. Every govt got one two issues like portholes, etc. But most important is equality among races in business and education. This year's investment after DAP take over is double last year according to Lee Kah Choon, so we are making Penang to be like Singapore. Be fair to make comments, let LGE do his work, he is a honest chap who was jailed to defend a poor malay student. He never dreamt of being CM, and he is trying his best without federal support.
Kooniama is a DAP ADUN, he accidentally blurted out that he have the right to use the state crest in another related post(he is also lying in this post).
Penang will be in serious trouble with this type of YB.
I think it's not really a big issue... Just leave it to them... Let's focus on other issues that can effectively benefit all Penangites... the Malaysians.
On the other hand, it also reflects they love Penang very much... Nothing is really serious.
Can i call you "Kaninama"?? I can see that you like to resort to "name-calling" and you don't know how to do rocket pls don't do any rocket, cause all you do was to let people here laugh at you.
YOUR MAKING YOUR SELF LOOK LIKE A FOOL in short.
Calling other people anjing, are you one? Cause if your not, how do you communicate with a dog? Only a dog know how to talk a dog...
Conversation between 2 dog
Dog1:Woof Woof Woof (my name is Kooniama and i'm human) Street Dog2:Woof Woof Woof (i don't care who you are, you talk to me means your a dog)
just some example on how dog talk, but in reality i don't even know what they are talking or barking at..
A senior officer had actually been assigned to study this matter. However, no decision had been made yet as at this morning.
The existing protocol don't allowed the use of state crest on political party signboard. But, Pakatan Rakyat government is the government of the day. They can revised the protocol, it is their decision.
I disagreed with Asian-Fellow that they did out of love. I am more inclined to think that they were not creative enough. Gerakan use the BN logo at one end, and the Party logo at the other end - it is balance. Unfortunately, for the Pakatan Rakyat YBs they have only their own party logo up to today, and thought that they can use the state crest logo for the other end, while their party logo is on the other end of their signboard.
At least, YB Ramasamy use his brain and opted for the state flag instead of the state crest. He probably understand that the state crest and the state flags serve two very different functions and carried different meanings.
I do agreed with Asian-Fellow that there are better issues to focus on that this. Hence, this post will not received any more comments.

Teoh Wei Ren:
Please don't lie. I called Penang Gerakan HQ to check whether we have such a member.
Based on the name you provide, there is NO SUCH MEMBER in Penang.
I am not stupid!!!
Pakatan Rakyat is breeding a lot of PENIPU.
If you want to comment, please comment honestly.
Extra comment:
Kooniama said that "until now Batu Lanchang gerakan office has the crest".
Batu Lanchang Gerakan office ceased to exist immediately after GE12, as a new office was be planned in another location.
I called the ex-Gerakan YB, he told me that NEVER had he used the state crest.
He used the Gerakan and BN logo only, same as the other Gerakan offices.
