how do we register to attend the forum? is it really open to public? sorry for asking but am apprehensive in coming to building of a political party.
Anyone can attend the Teh Tarik forum when it is opened to public.
You can register on that day itself especially if you would like to be inform of future forums.
Just walk in on that day.
Note: Not all Teh Tarik forums are opened to public.
Dear anonymous,
There is nothing to feel apprehensive about. I attended my 1st Teh Tarik forum on Wednesday and there was nothing to it.
I just went there, signed an attendance list, and took my seat and listened to the proceedings.
Nobody harassed me to join the party, in fact nobody talked to me, so you have nothing to worry about.
I would love to go the next one as the topic sounds interesting but unfortunately I don't speak or understand Mandarin so I'll be giving it a miss.
It's advisable to attend the Gerakan's Tea Tarik Forum, which is held every Wednesday from 8pm. It's open to the public almost every session.
The last one was presented by Dr Goh Ban Lee BSocSc(USM), MSocSc(USM), PhD(UCLA) who was an Assoc Professor in USM.
To the organizers of Teh Tarik forum, is it possible to organize again a forum on this topic but in English or Malay this time?
I think this topic is very relevant given the mindset of the younger generation today.
Just a suggestion. Is it possible to have a translator for this coming forum?
Hi Romerz,
As one of the OCs of the Teh Tarik forum, we definitely would like to organize one in English or even in Bahasa.
Rest assured that we are seriously pursuing this idea of assembling a panel of distinguished speakers, preferably a multi-racial panel, to speak on this topic.
Thanks for your interest and suggestion.
Hope to see you at Teh Tarik forum again.
